                a)  change the requirement, from 17 days to 10 days prior to the County Planning Commission meeting,

                that letters from the County Surveyor, County Highway Superintendent and County Building Inspector be

                submitted to the County Planning Department

                b)  delete the requirement that an electronic version of the approved final plat be provided to the County 17

                days prior to the County Planning Commission meeting
